PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to register the Sale Deed dated 10.06.2025 under TP/222303458/2025, presented by the petitioner in respect of lands to an extent o f0.02.60 Hectares (6 cents 430 square links) comprised in S.No.772/4A2 and 772/4A3, at Anjugramam Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk and Kanniyakumari District and to release the same, by considering the representation sent by petitioner to the first respondent dated 18.06.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to register the Sale Deed dated 10.06.2025 under TP/222303458/2025, presented by the petitioner in respect of lands to an extent o f0.02.60 Hectares (6 cents 430 square links) comprised in S.No.772/4A2 and 772/4A3, at Anjugramam Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk and Kanniyakumari District and to release the same, by considering the representation sent by petitioner to the first respondent dated 18.06.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is directed to produce the document to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On such production, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks, therefrom.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
