ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel for the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. But, the petitioner has involved in Crime No.175 of 2014, which was registered for the offence under Section 302 IPC. In that case, final report was filed before the concerned Court and it was taken on cognizance in S.C.No.14 of 2019 and it is also pending. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant that the petitioner will abscond by leaving India, the present complaint has been presented against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.14367 of 2022 2.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court, if any trouble arises in future during the course of investigation.
