ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned appeal to be disposed of expeditiously.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent has to necessarily hear the private 2/4

respondent and other interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
