This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct a cultural programme viz., Villisai during the Kodai Vizha festival of Parubadi Madasamy Kovil at Kulayaneri Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District scheduled to be held on 15.08.2019 to 17.08.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme viz., Villisai on 15.08.2019 to 17.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 29.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
