This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and protection to perform Dance Programme (Aadal Padal) on 17.08.2019 in the festival event of "Srisethukaliamman Temple" situated at Old English Club Street, Kamarajar Salai, Madurai-9, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2019.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Police has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the "Aadal Padal" program.

3.Recording the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. No costs.
