The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have filed this Petition seeking a direction against the Respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that there was a civil dispute between the parties and the matter is pending before the Civil Court in O.S.No.277 of 2019 before the learned V Additional District Court, Madurai. Therefore, CSR was issued and enquiry was conducted and closed on 23.07.2022. 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the third Respondent. 4.In view of the above, the third respondent shall approach the Civil Court concerned for appropriate relief. The Respondent Police are directed not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of an enquiry. 2/4

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
