This matter was listed for hearing before my predecessor on 28.03.2019, when it was recorded that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, it was listed before me on 01.12.2021, when also there was no representation, thus, directed that the matter be listed under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter is called today, there is, again, no representation for the petitioner.

2. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
