Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The prayer as prayed is not maintainable. It is seen that the local body had already determined the property tax payable by the writ petitioner and also initiated recovery action. It is for the petitioner to question the fixation in the manner known to law. The writ petition as framed is not maintainable. 3.Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
