VIGNESH.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8580 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner is a college going student, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8580 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8580 of 2023, dated 04.05.20223, is extended https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9739 of 2023 further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
