ORDER
The petitioner is a noon meal organizer, retired from service in the year 2011. She appears to have passed departmental examinations and made a representation for incentive increment. The petitioner has made this request in the year 2019, eight years after her retirement. Alleging that the same was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking mandamus.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, by referring to the proceedings of the Block Development Officer, dated 02.01.2025, submitted that there is no provision 2/5
for grant of any incentive increment to a noon meal organizer and as such, the petitioner's request was rejected.
3.A copy of the proceedings dated 02.01.2025 is furnished to the petitioner's Counsel.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 02.01.2025, in the manner known to law, if so advised and if she is otherwise eligible. There shall be no order as to costs.
