ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and earlier order of this Court, dt.26/3/2019 and a letter received from the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai in D.No.5/22 dt.3.1.2022 through the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputtur, this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.Learned Principal District Munsif (FAC), Aruppukottai, has submitted a letter dated 03.01.2022 through the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of O.S.No.326 of 2012. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Munsif (FAC), Aruppukottai, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Judge and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
