Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- To direct the Learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to procede the case as Expeditiously in S.C No. 27/2012 on the file of the Learned Fast track Mahila Court, Sivagangai within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 11.03.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai in D.No.717/2021 dated 04.12.2021 and this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.27 of 2012. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 11.03.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.27 of 2012 on the file of the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Sessions Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing S.C.No.27 of 2012 and the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, is directed to comply https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
