The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to correct the petitioner father's initial in the All India Senior School Certificate Examination, CBSE Board Certificate, Migration Certificate and other connected certificate pertaining to the petitioner's All India Senior School Certificates, by disposing the petitioner's written representation, dated 16.11.2016.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he has completed All India Senior School Certificate Examination from the 2nd respondent school under CBSC syllabus in Roll No.4608033/2014. After passing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
CBSC, he received the transfer certificate from the 2nd respondent and Migration Certificate, CBSC Certificate from the 1st respondent through the 2nd respondent and only thereafter, it was found out that the petitioner's father name has been wrongly mentioned as ''S.Senthil Kumar'' instead of' ''V.Senthil Kumar.'' 3.The petitioner would state that he submitted representations to the respondents to correct the initial of the petitioner's father on 22.06.2015 and 16.11.2016. Since, no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Heard Mr.A.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice, the respondents have not chosen to appear either in person or through their counsel, when the matter was taken up for hearing.
5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. No costs.
