This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.38 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Both the parties are present before this Court and their identification were verified. Both the parties and their counsels signed a joint compromise memo. The joint compromise memo is recorded.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.39 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
