This writ petition came to be filed seeking to direct the first respondent to re-fix the pension as per the last drawn salary of the petitioner and forward the fresh proposal to the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Counsel for the third respondent and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the case came up for hearing today, both the learned Counsels jointly submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 22.06.2022 is considered and complied with. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 07.08.2023 2/4
