RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition, imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 30.06.2023 made in Crl OP(MD) No.12003/2023 directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood related sureties and direct the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two non-blood sureties.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIVEK BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12003 of 2023 on 30.06.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was ordered to execute bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties, but the parents of the petitioner are no more and all the blood relatives of the petitioner are implicating in this offence, so he is not in a position to produce the blood sureties.

3.Considering the grievance that was expressed by the petitioner, the above said order passed by this Court dated 30.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner must produce two sureties, who shall be the friends of this petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
