ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering his representation dated 03.07.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he received life threat from the respondents 3 to 5 and thereby, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 03.07.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that already based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR in Cr.No.134 of 2025 was registered on 15.04.2025, however earlier complaint dated 13.07.2024 is under consideration. They will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a week.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submits that the subject property belongs to the respondents 3 to 5, but the petitioner is unnecessarily causing trouble to them from enjoying the property and the petitioner also frequently sent complaint to the second respondent. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Heard both sides and perused the records available.

6. The prayer sought for in this petition is, to consider the petitioner's representation and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner. The second respondent also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. Therefore, this Court, recording the same, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2025, conduct enquiry, after affording opportunity to both the parties and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
