ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.1209 of 2020 on the file of the respondent within stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the Crime No.1209 of 2020, which has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections, 294(b), 427 and 506(i) of IPC, dated 17.06.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that after a lapse of 15 months, no progress has been made in investigaiton. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu on 30.06.2020 and it has not been taken on file till now.

4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
