ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.138 of 2019, dated 07.03.2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent police completed the investigation in Cr.No.138 of 2019 and filed the charge sheet in S.C.No.74 of 2020 before the PCR Court, II Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli on 22.01.2020. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
