Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in K.Dis.No.4062/C1/2015 dated 05.09.2015 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent NO.1 to renew the No Objection Certificate issued to the petitioner's School within the time period stipulated by this Court.
