ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to restrain the burial of dead bodies on the banks of water bodies in Survey Nos.28 and 31 at Pullaneri Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that the same petitioner, with a similar prayer, has filed a petition before the Water Body Bench in W.P(MD)No.16389 of 2025. This Court has perused the said affidavit and prayer therein and found that, with similar averments and same prayer, the petitioner has filed the said writ petition. 3.In view of the aforesaid fact, this Writ Petition stands closed, with the liberty to the petitioner to prosecute W.P(MD)No.16389 of 2025. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
