To permit the petitioners herein to withdraw 50 percent of the deposit amount in M.C.O.P.No. 914 of 2018 Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal (Principal District Court, Dindigul) as per the orders of this Court passed in C.M.P.(MD) No. 8808 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD) No. 803 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in M.C.O.P.No. 914 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal / Principal District Court, Dindigul, as per the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.(MD) No. 8808 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD) No. 803 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant / Insurance Company has 2/3

deposited 75% of the compensation amount with accrued interest. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company along with the interest.

4. This petition is disposed of accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to post the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal for hearing on 13.07.2026.
