O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to instruct the second respondent police not to interfere the civil dispute of the petitioner and the third respondent based on representation given by the petitioner dated 09.09.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was a landlord - tenant dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and two FIRs have been registered against the parties. He would further submit that during the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil dispute, the parties were advised to work out their remedy through civil proceedings.

3.Since the parties are advised to work out their remedy through proper civil proceedings, the said enquiry has been treated as closed. There is no question of harassment at the hands of respondent police.
