: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned auction notice dated 11.11.2016, on the file of the first respondent bank, which published on 12.11.2016 in Tamil Daily Newspaper "Thinamani" and English daily newspaper 'The Indian Express", from Tiruchi Edition and quash the same as illegal as the same is not issued in accordance with law.
