O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the petitioners Provident Fund Contribution, Leave Salary for 270 days and other terminal benefits to the petitioner in the earliest.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.09.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
