Cont.P.(MD) No.1137 of 2019 complied with in the light of the order of the second respondent dated 20.11.2014. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.

2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands Closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the compliance order, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
