For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.434 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A8, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(2) I.P.C in Crime No.434 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant, namely Vinoth, who is an Advocate, was standing with his friends at Holycot pothai, the petitioner and other accused went there, quarrelled with them and also stabbed one Balaji Rajaram with knife. Hence, the complaint.

3.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been arrested in this case.
