When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the main writ petition, the respondent passed an order on 08.08.2025 in e.f.vz;: 58/2025/v];, for issuance of a separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of 0.11.20 ares of land in Survey No.17/3B1AA and that the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, dated 26.10.2023, has been implemented. A copy of the order passed by the respondent has also been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
