2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10234 of 2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (i.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
