This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to recover the twowheeler and the keys of five other two-wheelers from the third respondent in connection with the FIR pending in Crime No.179 of 2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the two-wheeler has been seized and it was produced before the Court on 24.07.2024 in R.P.No.50 of 2024, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that insofar as the keys are concerned, it is not available with the third respondent and therefore, the same is not able to produced before the Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
