This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the reminder of the first respondent dated 30.12.2022 to ensure the formation of Committee for the proper administration of Shree Elu Kannimar Swamy Temple at Poolampalayam in Athur Village, Manmangalam Taluk at Karur District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that since the temple festival was already conducted in the year 2023, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous. 2/4
