ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 3rd respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15436 of 2022 dated 06.02.2024

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 06.02.2024, the directions contained therein have been complied with.
