Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating with the impugned auction notice dated 10.11.2020 in Na.Ka.No.857/E/2020 issued by the fourth respondent with respect of fishery lease in water tanks and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to not lease the water tanks in future for fishering rights.
