Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to issue patta in the name of the Petitioner and her family members of deceased mother Muthammal in respect of lands in Old S.No.336, New S.No.178/2 in Nilaiyur II Bit Village, Karuvelampatti, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai, now in Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representations, dated 13.12.2012 and 28.11.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to issue patta in her name and the family members of her deceased mother Muthammal in respect of the subject-matter land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.It appears that the Petitioner has already made two representations, one on 13.12.2016 and another one on 28.11.2016,seeking the very same relief.

5.Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of those two representations of the Petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants as well, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
