O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to instruct the respondent No.2 herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodge by the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.504 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there is a business transaction dispute between the parties. Both the parties were appeared before the Enquiry Officer and there was an agreement between the parties. In that agreement, the petitioner agreed to pay the arrear amount in installments. On that basis the complaint given by the third respondent has been closed. 3.Since there was an agreement between the parties during the course of enquiry, the harassment may not arise. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14510 of 2021 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and relying upon the agreement between the parties, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
