Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary action and to issue patta to the Petitioner for 2 acres and 55 cents for the lands in S.No.174, situated at Valasiramani Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District by considering the report of the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.988 of 2013, dated 28.3.2013 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in his name in respect of the subjectmatter land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.It appears that the Petitioner has already made a representation 8.2.2016 to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the fourth respondent for further action and the fourth respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.988/2013, dated 28.3.2013, requested the second respondent to resurvey the subject-matter land. Now the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to consider the claim of the Petitioner based on the report of the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.988 of 2013, dated 28.3.2013, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
5.Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the claim of the Petitioner based on the report of the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.988 of 2013, dated 28.3.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants as well, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
