ORDER

This revision petition is filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge / Rent Control Appellate Authority, Nagercoil, in RCA.No.9 of 2014, confirming the order passed by the learned I Additional District Munsif / Rent Controller, Nagercoil, in RCOP.No.42 of 2003. 2.When the matter came up for admission on 11.08.2022, this Court has observed as follows:- "Though this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of the Court below, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requests for a short accommodation to work out and make his submissions. At his request, post on 12.08.2022, in the admission list." 3.Thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing on 12.08.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court has observed as follows:- "On earlier occasion, this Court has expressed that this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and was about to dismiss the petition, at that time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to work out the position of law and to make his submission. request, the matter is posted today.

Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Post the matter on 17.08.2022, under the caption 'for dismissal'." 4.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, even though it is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. 5.Therefore, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
