This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 335 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. R1 and R2 called absent, no representation and set ex-parte. Mr.Deepak, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath for R3.The learned counsel for the third respondent has no objection in allowing this Petition subject to the condition that the Petitioner is not entitled for interest for the delay period.
