This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No.17 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor. 1/3

2. When the matter came up for admission on 15.06.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor. He has sent a report dated 23.06.2026 stating that upon completion of the arguments, he will dispose of A.S.No.17 of 2020 within a week thereafter. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, is requested to dispose of A.S.No.17 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
