2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has received written instructions from the Tahsildar and that the concerned properties have been categorized as Government lands 2/4

under various heads and that the third respondent will respond to the petitioner in this regard.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to respond to the representations made by the petitioner on 29.06.2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
