O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to conduct survey in the petitioner's land.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the land in Survey No.214/4 to an extent of 29 cents situated at Ambilikkai Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District. In order to survey the said land and subdivide the same, the petitioner made an application to the respondents and paid necessary fees. But so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17891 of 2019 far no action has been taken on the said application. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the applicatoin of the petitioner dated 28.07.2017 and pass suitable orders on the same on merits after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
