(MD) No.8880 of 2019 dated 10.07.2019 on the file of this Honorable Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8880 of 2019, dated 10/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to furnish sureties they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
