Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry pursuant to the charge memo issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.213/7334/PR.N(1)/2015 CNO.49/Ac(H)/PR/2015, dated 13.06.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court and further directing the respondent to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner as mentioned in the order of suspension in Rc.No.93/3783/PR.N(1)/2015 N.C.O.No.188/2015 on the file of the 4th respondent, dated 30.03.2015.
