ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections (*) 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.23 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.This is a case of job racketing.
