ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.675 of 2020 on the file of the fourth respondent and to entrust the same to the third respondent or the investigation to be done under the direct supervision of the first respondent with a direction to conduct proper further investigation in the manner known to law and file final report within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
