ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents respondents to take action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the issue falls within the jurisdiction of Madakulam Police Station.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Madakulam Police Station, Madurai District is suo motu impleaded as 4th respondent. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. The 2nd respondent is directed to forthwith transfer the complaint to the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS 2/4

and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the 2nd respondent.
