Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus , to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu. No. 3277/A2/2008. dated 28.02.2012 and Quash the same, and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner from 09.02.1998 and confer all the consequential monetary benefits . Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition in W.P(MD). No.14472 of 2014, dated 19.12.2019, a writ appeal in W.A(MD).No.3 of 2021 along with stay petition in C.M.P(MD).No.14 of 2021 have been filed where stay has been granted.
