Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. One Santhanam filed W.P.(MD)No.3743 of 2023 for conducting survey of the property mentioned therein. According to the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is not the adjacent owner. If the petitioner's rights are affected, the petitioner can very well file an independent suit to establish the same. The learned Special Government Pleader states that survey has been conducted pursuant to the direction 2/4

given by this Court. It appears that the petitioner gave objection after conducting survey.
