Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to effectively and immediately consider the representation dated 04.11.2020 to the first to fourth respondents to cancel the patta No.2017 and issue a new patta to this petitioner schedule property in Tirunelveli District, Nanguneri Taluk, Nanguneri Village, Survey No.392/7, bearing three acres and twenty cents (3.27) mentioned in the representation. W.P.(MD)No.18713 of 2020 2.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration by this Court and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law, in case, he chooses to approach the authority concerned. No costs.
