ORDER
By the order dated 24.03.203, this Court directed the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. At the time of hearing on 24.03.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that so far nine witnesses have been examined.
3. A perusal of CD file shows that the final report has been filed as '' Mistake of Fact '', the same was presented before the concerned Court on 26.01.2023 and the same was not informed this Court while hearing the Crl.O.P(MD).No.5495 of 2023 on 24.03.2023. On the basis of filing the final report, notice was also ordered to the petitioner herein by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to make objection.
4. In view of above, this Contempt petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and to workout her remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
